The Sheraton Denver West Hotel & Conference Center is looking for an organized, dedicated and passionate candidate to fill our Guest Service Agent Position. The primary function of the Guest Service Agent is to provide assistance to all guests and management of the hotel. Guest Service Agents are responsible in assuring every guest has a pleasant and memorable stay by assisting in any requests, incidents or questions.

The ideal candidate is well presented and requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. You must possess excellent computational and analytical abilities and keen attention to detail. Additionally, computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Delphi, LightSpeed and/or Galaxy is preferred.

Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
